Website Privacy Notice

Information about this static Cloudflare version of miggy.com.au.

Effective: 17 October 2026. Website: miggy.com.au.

Data collected by the website

The static Cloudflare-hosted mKX website does not directly receive or store the contents of client enquiry responses. The /enquiry page embeds a form delivered from cryptpad.fr, so visiting that page connects your browser to CryptPad even before you submit anything. If you submit an enquiry, the answers you provide are sent to CryptPad and can be reviewed by whoever has authorised response access. The form is not an anonymous reporting channel. CryptPad may process technical connection information, including IP address and browser details. Submit only the minimum information needed for an initial enquiry; do not include attachments, identity numbers, medical records or sensitive case histories.

Hosting

If deployed to Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare may process connection details, including IP addresses and technical security logs, in accordance with its services and account settings. This deployment does not configure third-party marketing analytics.

AI processing and client information

Responses are intended to be used to assess and reply to your initial enquiry and, if appropriate, discuss services. This website does not run an AI analysis service on form responses. Further uses of information, access controls, retention and deletion arrangements for subsequent client casework must be confirmed in a separate approved privacy policy and relevant service documents. CryptPad is operated independently; information and technical connection data may be processed outside Australia. If you need to exercise privacy rights or request information about deletion, contact privacy@miggy.com.au.

Before inviting public submissions, verify the form settings, authorised access, a real test submission, notification arrangements, data retention and deletion procedures, and any required Australian Privacy Principles disclosures.
